The day the ‘Roo died

I'm sad to say it but we had to say good bye to our favorite convenience store today, the Kangaroo (Corner of Pearl Lake Cswy and Bunnell Rd). Yes my friends, it's truly a sad day. Where else will we get our canned meat products, energy drinks, moonpies and lotto tickets? Only the future holds answers to this questions (and others like it). We must move forward regardless of the risks and adversaries, or in our case, lack of snack foods.

Wherever you are going Roo, we salute you & godspeed.

The Battle of the Century

If you follow us on Twitter, then you know that Josh laid down some "epic pwnage" last week in our weekly sanctioned intra-office Settlers of Catan game, tying things up... at least on my scoreboard.

This tied things up, as the previous champ, our very own Chris Rodgers, was crushed under the might of Josh's iron fist.

Beacuse next week, we will be saying goodbye to our good friend, Chris will have one last chance to defend his honor in a battle to the bitter end. He is determined to arise victorious... you can see the determination in his eyes. He was quoted in an interview as planning to "humiliate the other players". We shall see...

Yes, it is quite horrifying. And we'll have to put up with it all week!

But his competition isn't all that tame either...
