I Stand, You Stand…
...we all stand for handstands!
We've locked our creative peeps up in the back room to enhance productivity. Once in awhile, we let them out to get some exercise.
Being the peculiar folks that they are, instead of a nice game of tag or hide-and-go-seek during their recess, they decided to have a little handstand competition.
Below, you're seeing David Martin, our veteran Creative Director, versus Stephanie, "the new gal". She had a lot to prove. Or maybe he did? Anyway, here they are upside down:

I've never wished that I had a video camera on hand more than that day. But alas, I will tell the tale.
We started with an endurance competition. David, although his form wasn't as... pretty, took this round. He stayed up for... longer than Steph. 26 seconds was the official count, I'm told.
The next round was rather entertaining. They challenged each other to see who could walk upside down across our multi-purpose room. With perfect poise, Stephanie made the trip, tapping her toes on the far wall. David made... most of the trip. Just a few feet away, he let up, lost his balance and tumbled as we watched in slow motion. Don't worry, he's durable.
Word around the office is that tomorrow may be #handstandfriday. Rematch? I'll keep the iPhone handy to catch the video!
