Mini Cheesecake Yumminess
One of my new favorite spots downtown is the Ritazza cafe - they have great coffee, food and let's not forget, dessert....
I picked up a mini cookies & cream cheesecake today after lunch for an afternoon treat. They even have mini containers that fit the desserts perfectly - YUM!

It's like cheesecake... only smaller!
Who would have thought that one day, technology would reach the pinnacle to where we could produce small cheesecakes!
